10 things I remind myself every morning – for a positive start


Do you know? The fate of how your entire day goes depends on your morning routine? If you have a calm morning with energizing breakfast, the level of productivity will be high than compared to a hasty morning. And nothing is better than starting your day on a positive note. I’m not suggesting any specific morning routine but a few things to remind yourself every morning to have a calm, relaxed, and productive day. You don’t have to have the same things, stop, breathe, and give a thought about how you want your life to be. Firstly drink up a glass of cold/ normal water, immediately after waking up, and here are 10 things that I remind my self every morning or in any stuck up situation.

  • Beautiful things happen when you clear your life of all the negativity.
  • Even the tiniest step is progress.
  • You are good enough, you can overcome.
  • When you are stressed, just stop and take a deep breath.
  • I appreciate the present moment.
  • Never compare yourself to other people.
  • It’s never too late to have a happy childhood.
  • Make peace with your past so it won’t screw your present.
  • Life is too short to waste time hating or envying anyone.
  • Anything is possible. Believe in miracles.
