It’s good to be back and today I want to review a cleanser from Minimalist.

So after going through so many reviews and positive talk about the minimalist products I want to try their cleanser. I have ordered it through Nykaa and got it a price of  Rs 299/ 100 ml of quantity.

Though it seems to be a brand from the west believe me when I say it’s an Indian-originated brand.
The Salicylic Acid + LHA 2% cleanser is the first cleanser in the minimalist product range.
Salicylic acid is a popular ingredient in the best skin care products and helps in deep cleaning of pores and oil control and LHA helps in superficial exfoliation and brightening.
The cleanser also contains 2 mild surfactants CAPB (Cocamidopropyl Betaine) and SLMI (Sodium Lauroyl Methyl Isethionate) with zein scores of 16 & 50. Which helps in exfoliation without drying out your skin.
And also the best part is it’s vegan and cruelty-free.

Zein Test

The Zein test is conducted to determine the irritation potential (harshness) of a surfactant-based product (face wash, cleanser, shower gel, shampoo, soap, washing-up liquid, etc.).

Packaging & Product:

The cleanser comes packed in a sturdy bottle and the consistency is between liquid and gel with little viscosity.

It doesn’t have any special fragrance and has a little chemical smell.

Though it’s a light liquid texture the bottle only dispenses a little amount of cleanser and the product will last a long time.

It really exfoliates and cleanses your skin and the skin feels soft and the best part is it doesn’t feel sticky or oily.

The cap is sturdy so there will be no spills or accidents which makes it travel-friendly.

The cleanser is so good. I will recommend it every one to give it a try. The minimalist_ products may seem a little heavy on the pocket but are totally worth it.
