Product in Focus: Biotique- Bio Seaweed under eye gel

Hola Beauties!!

As under-eye creams/ gels became a quintessential part of the beauty routine due to a sedentary lifestyle, irregular sleeping patterns, and addiction to screens (phones and laptops).

In the past, I have been using Shahnaz Husain’s almond-undereye cream which worked ok. But lately due to a lot of stress and insomniac nights, I was looking for something to work on my dark circles and my overworked eyes.

I stumbled upon @biotique_world bio seaweed and I am using it for the past 2 months. I even gifted one to my SIL.

My experience with Biotique- Bio Seaweed under eye gel

So coming to the product Bio Seaweed – Revitalizing anti-fatigue eye gel. It claims to be an ayurvedic recipe made from 100% botanical extracts with therapeutic properties.

The composition is a clear gel, which is not too runny, but not too thick.

Spreads easily, leaving behind a cooling sensation and it gets absorbed into the skin within 15-30 seconds.

The composition comprises components of Chinai Ghas (Gelidium cartigaineum), Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa), Bahera (Terminalia belerica), Badam (Prunus amygdalus), Jaiphal (Myristica fragrans),  Madhu Honey (Mel), Kheera (Cucumis sativus), Himalayan water Q.S.

How to use:

Take a very small amount of gel and lightly pat around the eye area, you can use this in the morning and as well evening.

My experience:

The gel worked great, I can see that the dark circles vanished completely within a few weeks of usage.

Also, it provided some relief from eye fatigue with its cooling properties.

Pros of Bio seaweed eye gel:

  • The product is under rs 200 (so it’s kind of pocket-friendly) – approximately Rs. 199 for 15g.
  • Made of ayurvedic extracts.
  • Has a light non-sticky gel form.
  • It’s the best option for summer eye care.
  • It has no color and no odor.

Cons of Bio seaweed eye gel:

  • The tub packaging, as I’m not a fan of dipping finger in the tub each time you need to use this gel.

 Rating: 8/10

Conclusion: If you are suffering from dark circles, and you are looking for an anti-fatigue eye gel in the budget, this is a good buy.
